(WINBC), and Discovery Parks.  Each expert at their own fields, these associations greatly contribute to the betterment of British Columbia.

A New Strategy of Innovation for the Educators of British Columbia

Education is one of the most important branches of a developing society, therefore innovations in terms of academic processes or teaching solutions are very valuable. The main focus of this training is about leadership, essential learning outcomes, common formative assessments, and interventions. The PLC at Work™ process developed by Richard DuFour, Robert Eaker, and Rebecca DuFour has received recognition throughout North America for its effectiveness in improving student performance. The process of this system is based on three major ideas: focus on learning, create a collaborative culture, and results orientation.

The innovation on modern education that Solution Tree Education Canada Inc. presents is very powerful in terms of how it will shape the mentors that will guide the students. They were honored to have the opportunity to implement a long-term professional learning community models with the British Columbia First Nations Schools Association, a statement made by the director of Solution Tree’s Canadian operations.
